Drew Rose, a former military service member turned successful entrepreneur in cybersecurity, brings his passion for youth athletics and commitment to excellence to Dripping Springs Sports Club. As a dedicated father of three and active leader in the volleyball community, Rose has made significant contributions to local youth sports through his coaching with Austin Performance and leadership of DSYSA Volleyball, embodying the values of discipline, leadership, and community development.

Luke Axtell, a Texas native who starred at the University of Texas and Kansas before playing professionally, brings elite-level basketball expertise and a heart for service to his role as Director of Sports at Dripping Springs Sports Club. Through his dedicated work with wounded warriors and his successful basketball club for Dripping Springs athletes, Axtell combines high-level athletic development with character-building principles that transform players both on and off the court.
